Adolescent Family Life Program/Cal Learn [AFLP] |
| AFLP - Case Management for pregnant and
parenting teens to promote healthy births, improve life
skills, delay repeat pregnancy and school completion.
Services include Comprehensive Assessment, development
of a service plan in collaboration with Client, referral
to and assistance in accessing Support Services.
Target Population:
AFLP - Any pregnant or parenting teen in Stanislaus
CountyCal Learn- pregnant or parenting teens who receive
TANF. |

| Any Stanislaus county resident who is pregnant
or parenting age 11-18 |

| Costs & Fees |
|
| Services are funded by State and federal grants
and Medi-Cal. No client is denied service due
to inability to pay. |
