If You Could Be…Act As If You Are   Visit your health care provider as soon as you think you may be pregnant. Eat healthy foods – fruits, vegetables, meat or fish, eggs, cheese, bread and grains. Drink healthy liquids – milk, water, juices. ·Avoid using drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and medications not prescribed by your doctor.
