Disability Evaluation Division (DED) Coverage
 
You are eligible for the program if you:
  • Are between the ages of 21 and 65 years old
  • Are a verifiable resident of Stanislaus County
  • Are a United States citizen or Federally Qualified Alien
  • Are physically unable to work for more than 12 months
  • Have proof of application to Medi-Cal and SSI/SSA
  • Have no other third-party coverage
  • Are uninsured or under insured
  • Have assets that do not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Have income that does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
