Expanded access programs for indigents (IDG)
Disability Evaluation Division (DED) Coverage
Healthy Cubs Program (HCP)

Medically Indigent Adult Program (MIA)
Covers ages 21-64, citizens and legal residents
Expanded Access Program for Indigents (IDG)
Covers medically indigent adults with restricted access
Disability Evaluation Division (DED)
Covers medically indigent adults physically unable to work for more than 12 months
