Kathy Passanisi has been appointed director of patient finance for the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency. Her role will be the management of billing and accountants receivable functions for the agency. Passanisi formerly was the central business office manager and admissions manager for the Sutter Health organization. The Stanislaus County Health Services Agency is an outpatient medical system with nine medical offices located throughout Stanislaus County.
