Samantha Phillips-Bland of Stanislaus County Health Services Agency was
recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the California Family
Health Council (CFHC). The CFHC is a non-profit, public benefit corporation
that administers funding to health care providers and strengthens alliances
and provider networks creating services and products that advance strategic
solutions in the changing health care environment. It identifies, secures
and distributes public and private funds. Phillips-Bland will serve a
three-year term representing Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Merced, Tulare,
Fresno, Madera, Mariposa and Tuolumne Counties.
