The Stanislaus County Health Services Agency Foundation awarded the $1,000 Teddie Hartman High School Scholarship to Leyla Hormozi-Borashan of Beyer High School.

The scholarship is awarded for academic excellence and a desire to pursue a career in the medical field. The Health Services Agency Foundation is the fund-raising arm of the Health Services Agency. It raises money to buy medical equipment and to contribute to community health programs.
