County – The October edition of the Stanislaus Health show is a look
at the issues of breast cancer and autism. Part one of the show will feature
Sherry Paper, a breast cancer survivor, who talks about the physical and
emotional impact of the disease. The show will examine current treatments
for breast cancer and what people need to be aware of. The second part of
the show examines autism through the eyes of a local mother who has a four-year
old son with autism. The show goes on-location to the University of California,
San Diego to one of the leading autism research facilities in the nation
to discuss current research into behavioral treatment.
The locally written and produced show is presented by the Health Services
Agency Foundation and the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency.
The October edition of the show airs five days per week through the month
of October.

- Monday 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday 8 a.m.
- Thursday 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday 7 p.m.
Also Charter Channel 2 each Saturday and Sunday at noon and 6 p.m.
In San Joaquin County, the program airs on Comcast Channel 95 Tuesdays
at 8:30 p.m.
