Below are some common questions patients may have about our HSA Clinics. For more information and answers to additional questions you may have, there are resources throughout this section.
Please contact our office to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to ensure you are seen on time and that any urgent needs are addressed promptly. You can reach us at 209-558-7000, and an operator will be happy to assist you.
We offer an Urgent Care Clinic, open Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please call 209-558-7212 to check the availability of your appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome and seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Additionally, we can relay any urgent concerns to your provider for further review and appropriate follow-up at the same phone number.
Same-day appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis each day; call our office for availability. We recommend that you call or visit the health center to schedule an appointment; we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. You can also use our online appointment request form to schedule future appointments.
Please contact your pharmacy to request a refill. If additional authorization is needed, your pharmacy will contact your provider. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your provider to respond. If you are out of medication, please notify your pharmacy so that your request can be expedited.
Please allow up to 10 business days for forms to be completed. The clinic will call you when your form is ready for pickup.

Health Services Agency accepts plans from Medi-Cal, Medicare, and as well as self-pay. Our self-pay sliding fee discount program is also available based on family size and income. We also offer free application assistance if you need help with the cost of your visit. Please bring a government-issued photo ID and pay stubs, or your most recent tax return, or proof of insurance.
