When reviewing a health plan's "Provider Directory", you'll notice that often physicians are listed through a medical group or a network organization of contracted physicians. While our Primary Care Physicians are available through the above insurances or health plans, please read your directory regarding other specialty services such as laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation and pharmacy. In some cases the health plans will require you to use such services at locations other than the Health Services Agency.
